TeethNThings Payment Policy

All orders over $500 must be paid via Paypal Verified account, direct bank wire or Chase Quickpay.  We will not allow bulk purchases by credit card due to fraud.  Sorry.  Please contact us via email at sales@teethnthings.com to make arrangements. Please advise exactly what you want,  Exact quantity and Exact delivery address, in full.

TeethNThings Shipping Policy

Thanks for your purchase!  We appreciate your patronage!  In business since 1985, our mission is to provide the best. TeethNThings.com is a working dental office and therefore is not staffed for telephone sales or support. See our contact us tab for more information.

We ship weekdays (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment.   Our office is closed weekends and Wednesdays.  Weekend orders are picked and packed on Monday and ship Tuesday.  Normally, we pick and package the goods the day after your order, and ships them out the second day after your order.  This ensures accuracy in order packing.  Sometimes,  this process occurs more quickly but generally, your package is sent out on the second day.

Standard Shipping

We ship weekdays (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment. 

We will use FedEx, USPS  UPS (at our discretion) for buyers in U.S.

Your item will  be shipped via USPS or FedEx (at our discretion) for buyers outside U.S.

Buyers outside U.S. are all responsible for any customs fees or taxes and other duties.  Please see our international tab for details.

Delivery time is normally 3-7 days.  Postal statements advise it can take up to 15 days (rarely).

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Expedited Shipping

Your item will  be shipped via USPS Global Express or FedEx (at our discretion) for buyers outside U.S.

Buyers outside U.S. are all responsible for any customs fees or taxes and other duties.

Handling time is 2-4 days.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Express Shipping

We ship Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment. 

We will use FedEx Express or USPS Overnight  (at our discretion) for buyers in U.S.

Handling time is 1-2 days.  This is NOT Guaranteed overnight.  We ship overnight from one of the above shipping days.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is YOUR choice of shipment speed.  It is impossible for us to know whether you really wanted a shipment expedited.  Shipping method is at TeethNThing's discretion to achieve the stated shipping time.  We have received complaints from individual's purchasing small items and paying $30 to Express ship it.  That is you choice.  We will not refund shipping fees because you changed your mind about your choice of shipping.

Return Policy

TeethNThings.com  strives to provide the highest level of customer service, and wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  If you have any questions, either before or after receiving an item, please contact our Customer Service department at sales@teethnthings.com so that we can promptly address your concern.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.  For items that are defective, the purchase price less shipping will be refunded or the item will be replaced.  Non-defective items will be provided a full refund less a 10-50% restocking fee and shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact teethnthings.com so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.

DUE TO the personal nature of most of our products, returns on most products cannot be accepted.  Let's be honest, returning a used toothbrush is just gross.  =:)  Items that have been opened but not used, have opened or defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, missing UPC/barcodes, or in a condition that would not be acceptable for resale will  be refused.  Because we received an item, does NOT mean it was accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Many manufacturers requests you contact them DIRECTLY for returns.  Please call their customer service.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:
 
1.  Repack the merchandise carefully. 

2.  Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for return.

3.  Send your package via a traceable method.  UPS or return receipt by US Post Office is recommended.

You will receive your credit within 7-14 business days of receipt in our office.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We DO NOT pay return shipping fees.
